Italian Cooking Classes

REGULAR COURSES

Master the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine

for beginners and advanced: the only requirement is your passion!

It is not an ordinary cooking course.
It is a journey through authentic Italian traditional dishes, from Umbria, the region I grew up in as well as dishes from the whole country.
I will share my personal recipes with you and all those that I collected from my family, friends and travels during the past years.
The classes are designed for anyone who wants to discover authentic Italian cuisine and for all those Italians living abroad who are missing the scents and flavours of their homeland.

You will be able to cook dishes that are hard to find in restaurants.

Obviously, you can take home the dishes you cook here!
