60ml seed oil
280g 00 flour
230g of pear halves in syrup
16g baking powder
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, the sugar and a pinch of salt. Whip with electric whisk until foamy. Keep on whipping and add the oil and the milk.
Add the sifted flour and the baking powder. Whisk well.
Split the mixture in two bowls. Add Nutella to one mixture and stir well.
Line a cake mould and fill it alternating the two mixtures one scoop at the time. Use a spoon to draw spirals.
Slice the pears and arrange them over the batter in a circular pattern, overlapping them slightly to cover the surface.
Bake for 40 minutes.
