Black truffle makes this course delicious. Norcia’s black truffle is one of the most famous in the world and we use call it “black gold”.
- 500 g of spaghetti
- 100 g of grated black truffle
- 2 anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
Clean well the truffles with a small brush and grate it finely.
In a saucepan lightly fry two chopped anchovies and one clove of crushed garlic with one glassful of oil until they get a creamy consistency.
Out of the flame add the grated truffle, than put the pan back on a low flame for 2 minutes.
Cook spaghetti, drain them and season with the truffle sauce.
