Definitely my favourite course. This is perfect for those who want to indulge in the best of the Italian stuffed pasta (“pasta ripiena”) tradition and stay healthy at the same time.
Each lesson will bring an explosion of flavours to your palate!

LESSON 1  Potatoes and Porcini mushrooms Tortellacci with butter and sage sauce
